    Citizenship by Investment in Grenada is offered in two ways

    The National Transformation Fund (Non-Refundable Contribution):

    A Non-Refundable Contribution as Follows is required:

    • US$150,000.00 for A Single Applicant
    • US$200,000.00 for an Applicant and his/her Spouse
    • US$200,000.00 for an Applicant with up to three qualifying dependents
    • US$25,000 is payable for any Additional qualifying dependent

    In addition to the Donation Amount, the following fees are applicable:

    Due Diligence Fees:

    • US$5,000 for the main applicant
    • US$5,000 for a spouse
    • US$2,000 for each dependent above the age of 12 – 17

    Government Application Fee per applicant:

    • US$ 1,500

    Government Processing Fee:

    • US$ 500 For Each Dependent below the age of 18
    • US$ 1,500 for each dependent above the age of 18

    Oath of Allegiance Fees:

    • US$ 20 per person.

    Passport and Citizenship Certificate Fee:

    • US$ 250 per person.

    Legal and Professional Fee:

    • Subjected to the number of dependents and varies from case to case. A detailed quotation will be provided upon request.

    A Real Estate Investment:

    • The property purchase must be of a minimum of US$ 350,000 from a government approved real estate development project.
    • The property ownership must be maintained for a minimum period of 3 years (5 Years should the new buyer wish to apply for Citizenship)
    • Retain your citizenship even if you sell or transfer your investment after the 3 years holding period and recoup your costs. After a 5 Years the new buyer will be afforded the same benefits as well as citizenship.

    In addition to the Investment Amount, the following fees are applicable:

    Government Fees:

    • US$ 50,000 for the main applicant
    • US$ 50,000 for the Main Applicant applying with his or her spouse;
    • US$ 50,000 for the Main Applicant with up to three qualifying dependents
    • US$25,000 is payable for any Additional qualifying dependent

    Due Diligence Fees:

    • US$5,000 Main Applicant
    • US$5,000 for a spouse
    • US$2,000 for Each Dependent aged between 12 – 17.
    • US$5,000 for Each Dependent above the age of 18.

    Government Application Fee per applicant:

    Easy Steps to Obtain Your Citizenship and Passport:

    PREPARATION OF FILE

    Pre-screen your passport copy for Government pre-approval to ensure fast processing. The Initial payment will be required in order to start the application. Document collection and Review

    SUBMISSION OF FILE

    Submission of duly filled Application forms to Grenada.

    ISSUANCE OF COMFORT LETTER (Pre-Approval)

    Due diligence report is issued to the Government. Based on the report the Government makes its decision on your Citizenship application.

    INVESTMENT

    Once accepted you are invited to pay the Government donation or the Real Estate Investment amount in to the relevant escrow account.

    PROCUREMENT OF PASSPORTS

    A certificate of naturalization (citizenship certificate) and passport will be issued in your name and couriered to our office in Dubai or to an address as instructed by the investor.
